Larry Weber | Executive Chairman of the Board

Chairman and CEO, W2 Group, Inc.

Larry Weber is the Chairman and CEO of W2 Group, Inc., an advanced marketing services agency, and well-known expert in PR and marketing services. Larry is passionate about the convergence of technology and communications. In 1987, Larry started his own public relations company, The Weber Group, and within a decade it became the world's largest public relations firm. The Interpublic Group of Companies purchased The Weber Group in late 1996 and, in early 2000, Larry was named Chairman and CEO of Interpublic's Advanced Marketing Services, a $3 billion unit with 12,000 people including the company's public relations, research and analysis, and entertainment holdings.

Larry serves on a number of Boards and is the co-founder and Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Innovation and Technology Exchange (MITX), the world's largest interactive marketing association. Larry is the author of five previous books on marketing, technology, and leadership. His newest book, The Digital Marketer: Ten New Skills You Must Learn to Stay Relevant and Customer-Centric was released April 2014 (Wiley).

Adam Medros | Chairman of the Board

SVP, Global Product, TripAdvisor

Adam Medros heads worldwide product development for TripAdvisor and is a member of the company's management team.  Since joining the company in 2004, Medros has led efforts in search marketing and revenue optimization and has overseen developments to product functionality, merchandising, and acquisition integration.  He was instrumental in TripAdvisor's 2007 launch of travel applications onto the Facebook Platform.  These applications - Cities I've Visited, Local Picks, and Traveler's IQ Challenge --  have introduced the TripAdvisor brand to millions of new people around the world and generated a high volume of new content for the core site. 

Prior to joining TripAdvisor, Medros held Senior Analyst and Product Manager positions at,, and The Parthenon Group.  He serves on the board of, the Twitter app store and is an advisor to He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor's degree from Dartmouth College. 

Vic Petri | Treasurer

Partner, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP

A Business Assurance Partner in the Technology, InfoComm and Entertainment practice, Vic is also the PwC Client Experience Leader for the US Firm. He was previously the leader of the Technology, InfoComm and Entertainment (TICE) practice for the firm's Northeast Region and the Global Leader for the Software and Internet Sector. His clients have ranged from start-ups to multinational companies, including closely and publicly held, high growth companies.

His educational background includes a MS in Accounting and a BS in Economics from the State University of New York at Albany (SUNYA).  Vic is a member of the Curriculum Advisory Board for the Accounting Department of SUNYA. He is a Board member of The Massachusetts Interactive Multimedia Council and an active member of the Massachusetts Software Council.  He is also a member the American Institute and Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Michael K. Barron | Clerk and Chair of Legal Committee

Partner, Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP

Michael Barron is a Partner at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP in the Corporate Practice Group. Mr. Barron focuses on providing legal services to emerging technology and life sciences companies and to investors in emerging technology and life sciences companies, in addition to providing trademark and licensing services. Mr. Barron is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Mr. Barron is a member of the American Bar Association, the Boston Bar Association, the Licensing Executive Society, the Bioscience Network and the Massachusetts Innovation and Technology Exchange (Board of Directors). Mr. Barron is the Founder, Clerk and Chair of Legal Committee for the Massachusetts Innovation and Technology Exchange (MITX).

Mike Baker

President & CEO, DataXu

Mike is a serial entrepreneur and investor. Currently he is co-founder and CEO of DataXu, a leader in digital marketing management solutions.

Before DataXu, Mike was a Vice President at Nokia, where he created and ran Nokia Interactive. He came to Nokia through its acquisition of pioneering mobile media company Enpocket, where he was the founding investor and CEO. He has also been Executive Vice President at CMGI and Engage Technologies, early Internet IPOs. Along the way, Mike was a corporate partner in a venture capital firm and a telecom and media lawyer in Washington, DC.

An angel investor in over 20 companies, he is currently chairman of the board of Nexage, a mobile advertising solutions provider.

Sean M. Belka

SVP, FCAT, Fidelity Investments

Sean Belka is senior vice president, director of Fidelity Center for Applied Technology (FCAT), a unit of Fidelity Investments, a leading provider of investment management, retirement planning, portfolio guidance, brokerage, benefits outsourcing and other financial products and services to more than 20 million individuals, institutions and financial intermediaries. FCAT's vision is to serve as Fidelity's idea and innovation catalyst, helping Fidelity's employees and businesses to imagine and realize the possibilities of emerging technologies and new ideas.
Elaine Boltz

SVP, eCommerce, The TJX Companies

Elaine is the head of ecommerce for TJX, a global off-price retailer which includes TJ Maxx, Marshall's and Homegoods stores. She is leading the global rollout of the companies new online business. Prior to joining TJX, Elaine was SVP, Ecommerce at Chico's FAS and Chief Marketing Officer and head of strategy at Ann Taylor, Inc. Prior to joining Ann Taylor, Elaine was a member of the retail practice for the Boston Consulting Group. Her education includes an MBA from Harvard Business School and BA from the University of Pennsylvania.

Tammy Bondanza

Media Director, PJA Advertising + Marketing

Tammy has 18 years of corporate and agency experience, specializing in digital media, marketing, and project management.

Prior to PJA, Tammy was at Hill Holliday, where she built out and ran the digital media planning and buying discipline. Previous notable experience includes her work at Digitas, which came during a time of rapid growth in the interactive industry, where she led digital media negotiations and campaign management for 40 Johnson & Johnson consumer packaged goods and pharmaceutical brands. She was also client side where she developed and managed Staples' integrated marketing efforts, targeting the most profitable consumers that exhibited shopping behaviors similar to the key small business segment. She also negotiated and launched Staples' involvement in consumer loyalty/couponing programs with Upromise, American Express Membership Rewards, and Discover Cashback.

David Chang

Entrepreneur & Angel Investor

Formerly the Chief Operating Officer for the PayPal Media Network, where he lead strategy and business operations. In addition, he was the site lead for the Boston office and ran the PayPal Start Tank, an incubator for the next wave of entrepreneurs. Prior to WHERE's acquisition by PayPal in April 2011, he held the role of VP of Product, which included strategy and corporate development.

David is a seasoned entrepreneur with deep experience in product, marketing and software development at venture-backed startups. He has a successful track record in hands-on roles at both direct-to-consumer (B2C) and enterprise (B2B) companies, five of which were acquired or IPO'd. On the consumer side, David was VP of Marketing and Co-founder of Mobicious, where he led product and marketing efforts. He was also Director of New Products at TripAdvisor, where he launched new features to meet consumers' needs. On the enterprise side, David was Director of Product Marketing at m-Qube, a pioneer in the mobile content space. Earlier in his career, he held a senior product role at edocs and was a VP of Technology at Goldman Sachs.

In addition to his current role at PayPal, David is an advisor at Nanigans and Linkwell Health and a mentor at TechStars, MassChallenge and PayPal Start Tank. His recent angel investments include Crashlytics, Careport Health, clypd, Dashfire, TripReactor and xpeerient.

David holds a BS with Distinction in Computer Science from Cornell University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Brian Cusack

Industry Director, Google

Brian is the Industry Director for Health Services for Google. In this role Brian works with several national teams that support the digital marketing and advertising programs for a wide range of organizations and companies in the Health Services industry. These organizations and industries include hospitals, behavioral treatment centers, vision and dental providers, weight loss and fitness marketers and medical device manufacturers. In addition to supporting these organizations' advertising and marketing programs, Brian and the teams he works with also work to introduce innovation to these companies utilizing Google's array of products and services. Prior to this role, Brian was a manager on Google's YouTube and Display teams, with specific focus on digital video advertising. Brian also serves as one of Google's Cambridge site leads.

Before Google, Brian held management positions at AOL, CMGI and Ziff-Davis in addition to leadership roles at two Boston area marketing platform start-ups. Brian is actively involved in Boston's professional community, as past President of BIMA where he still serves on the board and as an Executive Committee member of MITX and board member of the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce. Affiliations also include community youth sports and local church leadership.

Brian lives in Marblehead with his wife and two high school aged teenagers and their Bernese Mountain dog.

Norman de Greve

President, Boston & Detroit, DigitasLBi

As President of the Boston and Detroit offices of DigitasLBi, Norman is responsible for steering the growth, investments, and strategy of the company and its work for clients such as Bank of America, Dunkin' Donuts, General Motors, Lenovo, and PUMA.

Prior to becoming President, Norman was DigitasLBi's Chief Solutions Officer. In that capacity he drove the agency's key offerings across media, mobile, social, content, and analytics. He was also a key leader behind DigitasLBi's "StartUp Connect," which identifies the top emerging digital companies, and brokers introductions and deals for agency clients (resulting in over 500 startup meetings in the last two years).

His career has taken him through management consulting (Corporate Decisions, Inc. - a spinoff from Bain), investment management (Copley Real Estate Advisors - now part of AEW Capital Management), and starting new ventures. He joined Digitas in 2001 and hasn't stopped being amazed by the possibilities and potential in an increasingly connected world.

Scott Ernst

Scott is a veteran in digital marketing with deep experience in advertising, analytics, digital media and Web technology and over 20 years of sales & marketing, operations and management experience. Over the past decade, Scott has been working with many of the world's top brands to help them achieve their sales, profit and market share goals.

Scott is a recognized leader with passion for the business and his team. He is an active speaker and advocate for digital businesses. Scott holds several board positions including mySupermarket, MITX, Performable (now part of HubSpot), SocialSphere and is a member of the WPP Digital Advisory Board.

Scott received his BS in Marketing and Entrepreneurial Management from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. While at Penn Scott was a varsity athlete and an All Ivy League award winner. Scott is also a graduate of Phillips Exeter Academy.

Scott lives with his wife and children in Concord, MA and on most weekends can be found either coaching or cheering on local athletes.

Sarah Fay

Sarah Fay served as the CEO of Aegis Media North America, overseeing the operations of all of the Aegis Media operating units in the US and Canada.  Sarah previously served as the CEO of Carat and Isobar U.S.  Carat, a leading media and marketing services agency reinvented the agency model in 2007 after merging digital marketing powerhouse Carat Fusion with leading diversified media agency Carat USA.  In her role with Isobar, Sarah managed the growth and integration strategies for Molecular, iProspect, Freestyle Interactive and Ammo Marketing.

She is also a 20-year industry veteran of the media services business and a vanguard on media integration, Sarah established and managed an online media practice following roles in traditional media early in her career.  Sarah is the recipient on many prestigious awards, including ad:tech's 2007 "Industry Achievement Award," Advertising Age's "25 Women to Watch," Media Post's "Top 100 media Influentials," and OMMA's "Top 50 To Know in Online."  She was also one of B2B Magazine's Top 100 Business Marketing Influencers in 2002, 2003 and 2004 and recently was named a "Future Legend" by the Ad Club. 

Barbara L. Goose

Chief Marketing Officer, Altisource

Barbara Goose has been Global Chief Marketing Officer at Altisource Portfolio Solutions S.A. since July 2014. An accomplished marketing executive who has overseen programs for Dunkin' Donuts, Zipcar, Lenovo and many other brands, Ms. Goose leads Altisource in building its brand and positioning it in the global market. Ms. Goose served as President of Boston & Detroit at DigitasLBi since 2013 until July 2014. Ms. Goose served as an Executive Vice President and Executive Director of Boston & Detroit at Digitas Inc. Ms. Goose served as Executive Vice President of Marketing at Digitas LLC since April 2008. Ms. Goose joined the agency in 1999 and led the agency's Buick-Pontiac-GMC account. Throughout her tenure at Digitas, she has held various leadership roles on the General Motors business. Ms. Goose joined the agency from Veridiem, where she served as Director of Marketing Consulting. Over her 15 years at Digitas, Ms. Goose also recruited top industry talent and created an office culture recognized as a "Best Place to Work" by the Boston Globe and Boston Business Journal. An active and respected thought leader in the Boston marketing community, Ms. Goose has twice been named to the Boston Business Journal's "Power 50" and to the Boston Ad Club's list of "Future Legends" and "100 Women We Admire".
Joe Grimaldi

Chairman, Mullen Lowe

Joe is Chairman and CEO of Mullen Lowe, a leading interdisciplinary agency whose clients include the likes of JetBlue, Zappos, Swiss Army, Panera, Alberto Culver, BASF,  Olympus, Stop & Shop, SC Johnson, and Timberland among others.

Joe was one of the original partners at Mullen, joining the firm 27 years ago when it had 10 employees and didn't make the top 50 agencies in New England.  No stranger to change and transformation, Joe has led Mullen through numerous economic booms and implosions as well as dramatic transformations in the advertising industry, rebuilding the agency after a devastating fire, then rebuilding it after losing 50% of his business in one year, selling the company to the Interpublic Group 11 years ago, expanding to multiple offices and, most recently, moving the agency headquarters to Boston after 40 years on the North Shore. Throughout, he has championed and evolved a strong and distinguishing company culture that is its engine for success.

Joe started his career in media at Benton & Bowles and moved on to account work at Ted Bates. He was recruited to Boston by Hill Holliday in 1981. Joe's an Italian immigrant who's been a latch-key child, a near hoodlum, a construction laborer, a rock musician, a Harley-Davidson bike builder, a staff accountant and a shoeshine boy in his uncle's barber shop in Queens, NY. Each experience has added invaluable perspective to his life, which he loves to share with young people. Today he spends most of his time at the agency defining strategy and inspiring people to dream and exceed expectations. He also serves on, and has chaired, numerous boards in and out of the industry.
David Hayes

President and Founder, HireMinds LLC

David Hayes is the President and Founder of HireMinds, a professional and executive search firm specializing in the areas of digital marketing, technology, and science.  In his role, David is responsible for the strategic leadership neccessary to ensure the achievement of HireMinds' performance goals and preservation of the core values established over a decade ago including fostering true partnerships with hiring clients and job candidates.  
David was a graduate of Columbia University with a Bachelor of Philosophy and entered the search profession with Source Services after beginning his career in marketing with IBM.  In his first year, he was named Rookie of the Year and went on to be one of the top producing search consultants in the firm.  He took on increasing responsibility, culminating in his role as Managing Director of the New York region until the firm was acquired by Kforce.
A recognized leader on employment, leadership, and workplace related issues, David is regularly quoted in the Boston Globe, Boston Business Journal, The Wall Street Journal,, and Mass High Tech.  David is personally passionate about helping others achieve their goals, whether client, job candidate, or employee.  He serves on the Board of Directors for MITX and is an active member of BIMA and MassBio.  He is also a committed volunteer to the Cambridge based East End House community center.
Scott Hudler

Vice President- Global Consumer Engagement, Dunkin' Brands

Scott Hudler is the Vice President-Global Consumer Engagement for Dunkin' Donuts, the largest coffee and baked goods chain in the world. In this role, he is responsible for all advertising, in-store merchandising, media, and interactive activity for the brand in the more than 9,700 Dunkin' locations in the United States and 31 countries worldwide.

Previously Hudler was the Vice President-Brand Marketing where he was responsible for all brand marketing activities including category management, oversight of the brand Marketing calendar, partnership marketing, and working with the Culinary team on menu innovation.

Hudler joined Dunkin' Donuts from Mars, Incorporated where he served as Brand Manager for the SNICKERS Brand. Prior to this role, he was the Senior Manager-Sponsorship Marketing leading the strategy development and activation of the company's sponsorship portfolio including relationships with the NFL and NASCAR.

Hudler graduated from Valdosta State University with a BFA degree in Fine Arts.

Jeff Janer

Chair, Vistage International

Jeff Janer is Chair of a CEO peer advisory group for Vistage International that includes both first-time CEOs of VC-backed disruptive companies and experienced leaders of larger, more established companies.

Prior to joining Vistage, Jeff was a serial entrepreneur; most recently as co-founder and CEO of Springpad, a personal assistant app. Prior to Springpad, Jeff was Chief Marketing Officer of Third Screen Media, a mobile ad network and technology platform acquired by AOL. Before joining Third Screen Media, Janer held a variety of senior executive roles at startups and large companies. Janer holds a BA in International Relations from Brown University.

Brian C. Kenny

Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, Harvard Business School

Brian Kenny is the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer at Harvard Business School, a role to which he brings two decades of experience in leading the marketing efforts of large global institutions. As HBS's first CMCO, Brian has oversight of the HBS brand globally, including coordinating the planning and implementation of all the School's marketing, communications and public relations efforts around the world. Working with the dean's executive team and leading HBS faculty, Brian oversees the alignment of branding, marketing, and media relations efforts across the HBS enterprise including the MBA program, executive education, external relations and HBS Publishing.

Brian has led multifunctional marketing teams in several global institutions spanning a number of industry sectors. Most recently he was Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Northeastern University, where he engineered a branding and marketing program to help propel the university into the top 100 nationwide. Previously he oversaw global marketing for management consultancy The Monitor Group and led marketing programs for Genuity, a $2 billion Internet company. In addition, he has held marketing leadership positions at various other organizations, including Arthur D. Little and Boston University.

Debi Kleiman

EVP, Managing Director, Havas Media

Debi Kleiman joined Havas Media Group in March 2014 as the EVP and Managing Director for Havas Media's Boston and San Francisco offices. Her leadership is distinguished by working with clients and staff to develop innovative new media approaches that create meaningful connections between brands and consumers. Most recently, she served as the president of MITX (Massachusetts Innovation & Technology Exchange), the premier industry association for web and mobile innovators. As the organization's chief strategist, marketer and visionary, she grew the organization's member base and funding to its highest levels in its 18 year history. She continues to be involved with MITX, serving as a Board Member. Debi has also worked to develop the local media industry as a member of the Executive Committee for BIMA, the Boston Interactive Media Association.

Prior to her time at MITX, Debi committed her talents to Communispace, a consumer collaboration agency, working on CPG clients including Kraft, Avon, Welch's and Foster Farms. Debi joined the company during its early days as a client services lead during Communispace's hyper growth phase, and later as VP of Product Marketing. Debi also helped to lead the way to Communispace's eventual sale to Omnicom. Debi's marketing career began with leadership positions for major CPG companies including Coca Cola, Welch's and Procter & Gamble; providing her with a solid foundation in brand marketing and new product development.

Howard Kogan

President, Americas, Communispace

Since 1996, Howard has been leveraging technology-enabled strategic services to help companies better engage with consumers online.

Immediately prior to joining Communispace, Howard was President of Molecular, a digital marketing agency. At Molecular, he helped build the business from a start-up to an award winning market leader, from a regional presence to a global organization, and worked with many leading brands including adidas, Nokia, Nikon and TD Bank. Earlier in his career, he led teams on classified complex software and hardware integration projects for the National Security Agency and the U.S. Air Force.

Howard has a BS in Computer Science & Mathematics from Binghamton University/SUNY, an MS in Software Engineering from Boston University and a Certificate in Corporate Strategy from MIT Sloan.

Outside the office, Howard is President and Chairman of the Board of Boston Cares, mentors entrepreneurs and start-up companies, lectures in MBA programs and volunteers at many non-profit organizations. One such effort includes the profound experience of volunteering for three weeks in Haiti to help a local community recover and rebuild after the devastating earthquake.

Christopher M. Litster

Chief Revenue Officer & SVP, Sales & Marketing, Constant Contact

Chris has been at Constant Contact® since February 2006 and oversees the worldwide sales and marketing team for the company. In his more than seven years at Constant Contact, Chris has served in a variety of senior sales and marketing positions, running the conversion, website, and product marketing teams, in addition to the EventSpot business unit. In that time, he has developed a deep knowledge of both Constant Contact's business and the small business market the company serves.

Prior to joining Constant Contact, Chris held a series of marketing and management positions at IBM Corporation and Rational Software Corporation, including driving IBM's internal worldwide deployment and adoption of Siebel Marketing CRM and leading Rational Software's Corporate Marketing Operations Organization.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in French from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and an MBA from Northeastern University.

Jennifer Lum

Co-Founder & Chief Strategy Officer, Adelphic Mobile

Jennifer Lum is a Co-Founder of Adelphic Mobile, a mobile advertising company that enables audience-based advertising at scale. Prior to Adelphic, Jennifer worked with the world's best brands and media companies to build industry-leading mobile ad networks at Apple and Quattro Wireless.

Jennifer is also a Co-Founder of Apricot Capital and mentors startups at MIT, TechStars and 500 Startups. Jennifer's startup experience includes: Quattro Wireless (acquired by Apple), m-Qube (acquired by VeriSign) and (acquired by SBC Communications).

Ed Macri

SVP, Marketing & Analytics, Wayfair

Ed Macri joined Wayfair in 2007 to launch its enterprise Business Intelligence group which he oversees today, as well as Brand, Direct, and Loyalty Marketing across Wayfair's brands and geographies. Prior to Wayfair, Ed held marketing positions at IBM-Emptoris, an enterprise supply chain software provider, and Digitas, where he advised major brands including AT&T and Bayer. He started his career in software development and product management at Bain & Company. Ed holds a B.A. from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from MIT Sloan School of Management.

Mark McWeeny

President, New Ventures, Rue La La

Mark McWeeny is the President of New Ventures and Chief Marketing Officer with Rue La La. As President, Mark serves as Rue La La's lead Member experience and engagement strategist, establishing scalable consumer marketing initiatives and creating exciting brand partnerships with the most-desired properties, restaurants and labels around the world.
Mark joined Rue La La in 2003, previously serving as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development, where he was responsible for new category development and strategic partnerships. Prior to that, Mark served as Head of Marketing and Corporate Development for the business.
Before joining Rue La La, Mark was General Manager of Corporate Development for He has also held positions at the Princeton Review and Mercer Management Consulting. Mark received his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management with concentrations in Marketing and Finance, and his BA in Political Science from Northwestern University.

Peter Prodromou

President, Racepoint Global

Peter is president of Racepoint Global and is responsible for oversight of the company's strategic direction and operations. A seasoned entrepreneur and veteran of the communications industry, Peter oversaw the integration of Racepoint Group and Digital Influence Group into a fully integrated, global marketing services company.

Peter has deep experience working with leading Fortune 500 and Global 1000 brands including AT&T, IBM, Fujitsu, Phillips, Thermo Fisher, Sybase and Kaiser-Permanente. Prior to assuming leadership of Racepoint Global, Peter was the company's Chief Global Accounts Officer, leading development and implementation of global strategy and account services with each of the company's regional Managing Directors. Before that, Peter built the company's public affairs and country practice, including its office in Washington DC. In this role, Peter worked with heads of governments and heads of state throughout Africa, the Middle East and Asia to promote their agendas with key stakeholder groups. He has extensive local public affairs experience helping win approval for development of the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center and the redevelopment of the Knightville business district in Southern Maine. He also developed a breakthrough platform for stakeholder identification and engagement. He has an extensive background in corporate communications and financial communications.

Brad Rinklin

CMO, Akamai Technologies

Brad Rinklin is Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at Akamai. His responsibilities include leading Akamai's Marketing & Corporate Communications, Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, Sales Productivity and Channel organizations. Mr. Rinklin has over 19 years of high-technology sales, marketing, training and business development experience.

Mr. Rinklin joined Akamai in 2000 as a member of Global Sales where he held several roles including sales engineering and sales management. He was appointed Director of Sales Productivity & Global Field Marketing in 2002 where he built the Sales Productivity and training departments within Akamai and introduced lead and account development to the marketing process.

In 2006, Mr. Rinklin was promoted to Vice President of Marketing and evolved the department over the next 4 years into a global department with leadership in EMEA and Asia. In 2010, he added global channels to his responsibilities and has solidified and grown partner relationships with companies such as IBM, Verizon and HP.

Prior to Akamai, Mr. Rinklin owned and operated high-tech computer training centers for New Horizons Computer Learning Centers. Mr. Rinklin has a B.S. in Marketing and Economics from Baylor University and post-graduate education from Harvard Business School and MIT Sloan School of Management.

Scott Savitz

Founder and Managing Partner, Data Point Capital

Scott Savitz is a strong advocate of entrepreneurship and innovation, especially where it aims to raise the bar on the consumer experience. Scott is the Founder, Managing Partner of Data Point Capital, an investment fund focused on the internet. Scott is also the Founder and former CEO of Scott founded Shoebuy in 1999, and served as its CEO through its sale to IAC. Under his guidance, Shoebuy grew on average over 55% a year becoming one of the largest online retailers in the country, with over 1 million products and $3.5 billion in inventory available for sale, serving over 8 million visitors a month. Between the sale of Shoebuy in 2006 and Scott retiring from the company in 2011, Shoebuy tripled revenues and grew bottom line faster than top-line. Scott owns and is Chairman of Smart Lunches (, a fast growing internet meal service for schools, daycare and camps. He also serves on the boards of Bluestem Brands, SimpleTuition, Two Ten, and MITX, and serves as an Advisor for Olejo Stores and On The Spot Systems, Inc. He also serves on several committees focused on fostering growth and a more robust economy including the Massachusetts Technology Collaborative and Co-Chair of 12 X 12. Scott received a B.A. in English from the University of Colorado and currently resides in Boston, MA. He is a frequent industry speaker and has received numerous awards and accolades including Ernst & Young's New England Entrepreneur of the Year.

Rudina Seseri

Partner, Fairhaven Capital
Rudina serves as a Partner at Fairhaven Capital, which she joined at its inception in 2007. She has invested in and served on the boards of CrowdTwist and FashionPlaytes. Previously, Rudina was a Senior Manager in the Corporate Development Group at Microsoft Corporation. In this position, she was responsible for sourcing, structuring, and negotiating Microsoft's acquisitions and strategic investments including acquisitions such as iView Multimedia, DeepMetrix, and Lionhead Studios. Prior to Microsoft, she worked as an investment banker in the Technology Group at Credit Suisse. Rudina executed transactions in mergers and acquisitions and capital markets. Rudina graduated magna cum laude from Wellesley College with a BA in Economics and International Relations, and received her MBA from The Harvard Business School. She has been elected to the Phi Beta Kappa and Omicron Delta Epsilon honor societies. Rudina Seseri serves on the Advisory Board of L'Oreal's Women in Digital. She is also a 2011 Boston Business Journal 40-under-40 honoree for her professional accomplishments and community involvement.

Seth van der Swaagh

Head of Performance Marketing, Northeast, Google

Seth van der Swaagh is the Head of Industry for Google's Telecom sales team in Boston. He oversees a variety of efforts aimed at bringing powerful media solutions to telecom providers and the cable reseller segment. Seth is primarily responsible for business strategy and senior level sales engagement.

Seth has been with Google since 2004, holding a variety of advertising sales related positions. He was the National Industry Manager for Google's mid-market Consumer Packaged Goods team, Head of Direct Sales for Google's Northeast Retail vertical, and Sr. Account Strategist for the Business and Industrial Markets vertical.

Prior to Google, Seth handled business development and recruiting efforts for IT Convergence, an ERP software consulting firm in San Francisco. Prior to that he taught in the Connecticut Public School system, and also lived and worked in Mexico, teaching humanities at the Instituto Tecnologico de Monterrey in Hermosillo, Sonora.

Seth is a graduate of Brown University with a BA in International Relations, and holds both an MBA and an MS degree from Boston University
