Job: Sales Development Representative
Salary: $40K-$55K

We're looking for a highly motivated individual that exhibits strong communication skills, business maturity, and strategic thinking  to help develop new business opportunities for our sales team.


In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating excitement about ViralGains by helping source new business opportunities through outbound prospecting activities and creative messaging. We’re looking for a motivated and hard-working individual looking to break into sales, who wants to work alongside an extremely passionate and supportive team. Your feedback and insights will be heard and highly valued.


Job Description

  • Source new business opportunities through outbound prospecting activities

  • Respond and react to both inbound and outbound sales inquiries

  • Work closely with sales team to develop and implement sound communication plans

  • Use prospecting and research tools, coordinate with assigned reps to qualify opportunities; prepare for and book pitch meetings with target prospects

  • Manage all aspects of the sales outreach process, including lead prospecting and generation, scheduling pitch meetings and working with your assigned reps to close deals when necessary

  • Collaborate with your assigned reps, marketing, and the ad operations team on strategic RFPs and proactive brand solutions

  • Strategize with team members to innovate and improve the overall BD process

  • Communicate internally with relevant stakeholders on the product, marketing, and operations teams

  • Closely follow current market intelligence, trends, client feedback, and business needs to align with ViralGains’ strategic initiatives

  • Learn CRM tools and update accounts appropriately (


You Must Have


  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field

  • Experience working and thriving in a team environment with shared goals and business objectives

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with clients when needed

  • Proficient computer skills including knowledge of spreadsheets (MS Excel), presentations (.ppt, Key)

  • A strong interest in a sales role

  • The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals

  • Highly competitive by nature and a high sense of motivation
