Our Senior Media Planners help create, manage and own the execution of innovative integrated media strategies across emerging and traditional digital media channels. They partner with team members across capabilities to deliver complete online experiences, promoting Racepoint Global's clients' brands to key constituencies. Senior Planners must be seasoned in executing both traditional paid digital media tactics, as well as emerging social tactics.

• Assists with the creation and management of integrated media programs
• Manages all third party blogger and media publisher relationships; engages and reaches out to
key target groups, developing ways to leverage and nurture online communities
• Serves as a daily point of contact for clients to help move media programs forward
• Leads media implementation process in coordination with technology and marketing teams
• Manages compilation of data for measurement reports
• Drives communication amongst internal project team members and stakeholders, ensuring
assignments are clear and deadlines met
• Partners with Finance on all third party vendor billing and payment reconciliation


  • Bachelor’s degree and 4-6 yrs experience executing digital media programs and campaigns within a marketing/ad agency/media agency environment
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and oral; strong client-facing skills
  • Proven ability to manage and build relationships with 3rd party media vendors
  • Experience working with cross-capability teams
  • Master user of social networks and measurement of consumer usage and community participation patterns
  • Super user of syndicated tools (e.g. Nielsen @Plan and Sysomos)
  • Strong time-management skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle several projects at once
