Racepoint, Digital Influence Group to relocate to Boston
Racepoint Group and Digital Influence Group, two sister companies specializing in public relations and digital marketing, plan to relocate from Waltham to much larger space at 53 State St. in Boston, a 40-story office tower also known as Exchange Place, said the Boston office of Colliers International, the real estate broker that negotiated the firms' new lease.
Racepoint and Digital Influence currently occupy offices at 404 Wyman St. in Waltham. In June, they plan to move into 37,056 square feet of office space in Boston's Financial District that was previously occupied by Fidelity Investments, a financial services company headquartered in Boston, Colliers International said.
CB Richard Ellis New England represented Fidelity in the subleasing transaction, Colliers International said.
The State Street space is nearly twice as large as what Racepoint and Digital Influence have now in Waltham, and the Boston space is all on one floor --- unlike the Waltham space, a Racepoint spokeswoman said.
In a separate press release from Racepoint and Digital Influence, Racepoint executive vice president Dan Carter noted that several new brands were recently added to the firm's roster of clients, and additional space is needed to accommodate growth.
Relocating to Boston will also help with the recruiting of new employees as well as provide more "work-life" advantages to existing employees, the Racepoint spokeswoman said.
