Genuine Opens Offices in NYC, Chicago & San Francisco


In just four months after joining Jack Morton Worldwide, part of the IPG global network, Genuine Interactive has expanded into three new cities: Chicago, New York City, and San Francisco, with plans for the UK in the near future.

In just four months after joining Jack Morton Worldwide, part of the IPG global network, Genuine Interactive has expanded into three new cities: Chicago, New York City, and San Francisco, with plans for the UK in the near future.

From our humble beginnings out of an apartment in 2005 to an integrated digital agency with a national and global presence, this expansion is part of our greater strategic growth plan to better serve clients and attract top digital talent. We believe the ability to scale is important to delivering on our philosophy of true integration across channels.

Early on, Genuine had recognized and capitalized on marketers' need for a new kind of agency that would live on the fault lines of the digital, social, mobile, and physical worlds to build relationships between brands and consumers. These new locations will enable us to be where our clients are and help us find the right talent who can work tightly with our teams in a highly collaborative environment.

For our clients we're more than just their vendors, we're their digital partners in the ever-changing advertising, branding and marketing industry. Whether our clients are in the financial services industry, healthcare, or the consumer-packaged-goods industry, we've helped them build strong communities by connecting their brand with consumers. With our new offices, we've created a truly integrated agency as our clients can now tap into resources anywhere they are, creating a more efficient business model.

And, although we're spreading our footprint beyond our Boston headquarters, we're committed to maintaining our core culture. By seeding each location with Genuine's leadership, our DNA and history is integrated throughout without losing sight of how we started. Our ability to operate on a global scale is creating new opportunities for Genuine's talent to gain global experience and increase diversity across the agency.

Genuine's growth in the US has been surprisingly quick. As part of Genuine's acquisition by Jack Morton, our locations are within Jack's offices to help expand their digital services. Additionally, by sharing the same space we're creating new collaborative opportunities for both Genuine and Jack. We're continuously focused on tapping into new industries and brands to build and activate communities.
