MobileAware Opens Office in Santiago

MobileAware establishes office in Chile's capital city, better serving its growing Latin American customer base

MobileAware, who delivers dynamic on-device CRM solutions, announced today that its first Latin American office in the Chilean capital of Santiago is now open for business. Located in the heart of Santiago, the new office will serve as a regional presence for MobileAware's growing customer base.

With the office in Santiago, MobileAware is more accessible to its existing clients to offer them valuable support and to help them stay up-to-date with the most advanced technology and offerings. This key location also allows MobileAware to make itself more visible to potential new clients seeking to join in the on-device CRM arena.

Smartphone usage in particular has been rising in Latin America, bolstering the imminent need for a self-care platform. In Chile alone, a country with a population of approximately 18 million, there are 26.5 million mobile devices. Of these, about 30 percent are smartphones, which is about 8 million people. That percentage represents over 7 million people who would benefit from a native application that would allow them unwavering access to their accounts.
