Join us and hear from our all-star panel of fierce, unapologetic women as they share "Off the Record" insights and stories from the front lines. This Off the Record event theme will focus on Carving Out Your Own Career Path!

It’s time to do some self-reflection and identify your career “sweet spot,” or niche. Successful leaders are always able to articulate what they are good at and why that’s valuable. No matter what phase of your career, it’s never too late to take a risk or make a change to find the right trajectory. Even if it mean making a mistake along the way. To help you define your own career path, this panel of inspiring women will share their insights, strategies, risks, and mistakes they’ve taken to carve out a path that worked.

Speakers:

Jessica DeVlieger, President, Americas, C Space
President, C Space. Outspoken Customer Activist. Growth Engine. Positive Force. Wife and Mother. Jessica’s tenure at C Space began 10 years ago in sales, where her aptitude for growing revenue resulted in a running joke that she “was her own sales region.” Jessica’s thoughtful approach to problem solving and fearless leadership accelerated her to the role of SVP of sales, where she oversaw a 20+ person national sales team. Because of Jessica’s sales acumen and market knowledge, shortly thereafter, she assumed responsibility for the marketing team as well, leading the company’s annual revenue to record levels.

In this role, Jessica championed the development and distribution of C Space’s cornerstone research, Customer Quotient™ (CQ), which proves that the more a company “gets” its customers, the better it performs. CQ has been featured extensively in the media, most notably by Harvard Business Review and the World Economic Forum.

Now, as President of C Space in the Americas, Jessica is committed to making business more human and believes this is the only path to sustainable growth in the 21st century. She envisions a near future where the connections companies forge with customers play as vital a role in organizational operations and decision-making as big data and sales results.
