The mindsets and methods of design thinking can equip you to understand and find creative solutions for ambiguous problems. In this interactive session, participants will apply principles of design thinking in order to reframe challenges and seek creative solutions for their personal and professional lives.

Speakers:

Jessica De St. Croix, Design Researcher, Fidelity Labs

She keeps the human-centered wheel turning by connecting design teams with customers, so that they can make better decisions to build products that delight. When she’s not solving problems, she loves lifting weights, long boarding and long walks with her pup!

 Lindsey Sampson, Design Strategist, Fidelity
