Jack studied the fine arts at SUNY Purchase and is an accomplished musician, born and bred in NYC where he developed his passion for facilitating the harmonious integration of great talent with great organizations.
Nikki Raffenetti – SVP, Talent, AMP Agency
Nikki Raffenetti is a 20-year veteran of the creative industry, and a 15-year veteran of AMP. She created the corporate jungle gym without even realizing what it was. Nikki has established herself through a variety of roles over the years: designer, project manager, creative director, operations and now, SVP of Talent where she is responsible for finding talented people, retaining talented people, and making sure talented people behave.
She has often been described by many as "The heart of the company". But don't let the warm and fuzzies fool you, she tells it like it is and isn't afraid of making tough decisions for the company and for her people. She describes herself as sarcastic, honest, trustworthy and maybe even a little bit of a firecracker. Not in any particular order of course.
Rachel Sprung - Product Marketing Associate, HubSpot
Rachel Sprung is a Product Marketing Associate at HubSpot. Her responsibilities include working on HubSpot's Content Optimization System (COS), analytics, and email through creating content, educating customers on HubSpot tools, and internal training and communication. She is a frequent contributor for HubSpot's inbound marketing blog and Social Media Examiner. In her three years at HubSpot, she has worked on internal and external events at HubSpot including HUGS, Dreamforce, and INBOUND, media relations, and the speaker program.
David Muller - VP of Talent Acquisition, CENGAGE Learning
David Muller is the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at CENGAGE Learning, an Educational Technology and Digital Content firm headquartered in Boston. A ‘Builder’ at heart, Dave joined CENGAGE in December of 2013 to help develop a TA function to support the recruiting needs associated with the business’ transition from being a conventional publisher to a digitally recognized organization in the ed-tech space. Prior to joining CENGAGE, Dave worked at Fidelity Investments for 14 years where he held a number of TA leadership positions along with several business roles in the Technology, Brokerage, and Services industries in Dallas, NYC and North Carolina.
Dave Cutler - Director of Content and Marketing, MITX
Prior to joining MITX, Dave was the Community Manager for the Spotfire Division of TIBCO Software where he managed all of Spotfire's social media efforts. Dave has garnered media attention from the Boston Globe, NPR and Fox 25 News for his innovative use of social media as a personal branding and job searching tool and authored Eloqua's guide to personal branding. He began his career in sports marketing, working for such brands as the New Jersey Nets, the NBA league office and Sports Illustrated.
