Today’s professionals must carefully cultivate and manage their digital footprints. Job seekers are differentiating themselves by leveraging digital tools to creatively showcase and promote their skills and experience. Employers are using innovative hiring and interviewing processes to adapt to the digital age and attract top talent. In this interactive discussion, panelists will cite examples of creative and successful personal branding efforts and job search campaigns. They’ll also share some of the best tools and platforms to use to enhance your personal brand online and stand out in a pool of candidates. In addition, you’ll hear about what prospective employers look for when searching for and vetting new talent and what pitfalls to avoid.

Jack Fellers, Director of Technology & Creative Consulting, Hollister Staffing

Jack has lived and breathed and is an expert in what drives talent in and out, and crazy, in their pursuit of eternal happiness and fulfillment. He's a "Bo-Xer" who is literally in the middle of it all—traditionalists and boomers on the left and Xers and Millennials on the right. Jack studied the fine arts at SUNY Purchase and is an accomplished musician, born and bred in NYC where he developed his passion for facilitating the harmonious integration of great talent with great organizations.

Nikki Raffenetti – SVP, Talent, AMP Agency

Nikki Raffenetti is a 20-year veteran of the creative industry, and a 15-year veteran of AMP. She created the corporate jungle gym without even realizing what it was. Nikki has established herself through a variety of roles over the years: designer, project manager, creative director, operations and now, SVP of Talent where she is responsible for finding talented people, retaining talented people, and making sure talented people behave.

She has often been described by many as "The heart of the company". But don't let the warm and fuzzies fool you, she tells it like it is and isn't afraid of making tough decisions for the company and for her people. She describes herself as sarcastic, honest, trustworthy and maybe even a little bit of a firecracker. Not in any particular order of course.

Rachel Sprung - Product Marketing Associate, HubSpot

Rachel Sprung is a Product Marketing Associate at HubSpot. Her responsibilities include working on HubSpot's Content Optimization System (COS), analytics, and email through creating content, educating customers on HubSpot tools, and internal training and communication. In her three years at HubSpot, she has worked on internal and external events at HubSpot including HUGS, Dreamforce, and INBOUND, media relations, and the speaker program.

A ‘Builder’ at heart, Dave joined CENGAGE in December of 2013 to help develop a TA function to support the recruiting needs associated with the business’ transition from being a conventional publisher to a digitally recognized organization in the ed-tech space. Prior to joining CENGAGE, Dave worked at Fidelity Investments for 14 years where he held a number of TA leadership positions along with several business roles in the Technology, Brokerage, and Services industries in Dallas, NYC and North Carolina.

Dave Cutler - Director of Content and Marketing, MITX

He began his career in sports marketing, working for such brands as the New Jersey Nets, the NBA league office and Sports Illustrated. When not focused on what’s next in digital, Dave is at home with his wife, 3 sons and two dogs trying to stay in the present. He can be found on Twitter at @CutlerDave.
